Allan R. Moser, Ph.D., Vice President of Technology
Dr. Moser received undergraduate degrees in mathematics and physics from the University of Texas at Austin, and master's and doctorate degrees in physics from Purdue University. He brings strong technical skills in applied mathematics, algorithm development, machine learning, and computational biology to the development of innovative solutions for problems of industrial importance. He has worked as a research scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb, DuPont Pharmaceuticals, DuPont, ARCO, Gulf Research, and Georgia Tech. He also served as a member of the adjunct faculty at Penn State Great Valley and the University of Delaware where he taught graduate courses in computer science and electrical engineering. Dr. Moser is a co-founder and member of Cira's board of directors.
