QTube is powered by Cytometric Fingerprinting (patent pending), a novel computational tool developed by Cira Discovery Sciences, Inc. with many applications that go far beyond this simple QC application. Cytometric Fingerprinting is described in Cytometry A (1). It was developed in collaboration with the laboratory of Prof. Jonni Moore at the University of Pennsylvania. QTube itself was presented in posters at GLIIFCA 2007 and CCS 2007. A PDF of the poster is available here.
